Companies either grow their business or fail. As such, the most important actions by sales professionals and sales leaders are to grow their business effectively, meaning that they win the best growth opportunities and do so in a timely fashion. The purpose of this workshop is to improve your ability to win new business at prospects and grow your business with existing accounts.

This interactive 2-hour workshop highlights practical concepts and guidelines, including a discussion and checklist on the six steps that are essential for growing business.

Depending on what works best for you, the workshop can be taught in-person or virtually. Peak Selling will also customize the content at no additional cost to include examples that are relevant to your company and industry.

Workshop Topics and Objectives

1. Six Steps to Growing Business: We start the workshop with an overview of the six essential steps to grow business with prospects and existing accounts. Brainstorm and short role play activities are used to reinforce the first few steps. 

2. Best Growth Opportunities: Each person selects a real-life account situation and works on it during the workshop. Their initial action is to identify the best growth opportunities at this account.

3. Two Essential Selling Skills: We teach two critical selling skills that will help you to win business: 1) Our IDEAL® Questioning model; and 2) How to Wow Customers.

4. Critical Actions for the First Appointment: The first sales call on a new prospect is a moment of truth. You will learn how to plan and make the best possible first sales call.
