Three Success Factors
Sales training for experienced salespeople needs to keep these three principles in mind:
Utilize their sales experience and expertise. Peak Selling does this by including a lot of brainstorm and discussion activities in our advanced sales workshops. We don’t give long lectures to them.
Focus on advanced concepts. We don’t insult their intelligence and experience level by spending time on basic concepts. Instead, they attend workshops such as Selling to Higher Level Decision-Makers, Negotiation Strategy and Planning, and Key Account Management.
Make it application-oriented, not theoretical. All of Peak Selling’s advanced workshops require that the salesperson bring an important sales opportunity to the workshop to share and discuss with peers and the instructor. Each person leaves the workshop with an action plan to use at their account.
Core Workshops for All Salespeople
Our curriculum for All Salespeople consists of eight different 2-hour workshops. You can view the workshops by clicking on the "Workshops" tab listed in the OVERVIEW section of this page.
We can consult with you to select the most relevant workshop or to recommend a desired sequence of workshops. For example, many of our clients have selected two or more 2-hour workshops and scheduled them at regular intervals when taught online or as a longer training event taught in-person.
All of these workshops are available to be taught as in-person training workshops to your sales team or as virtual online sessions.
